Review Process
Upon the successful completion of the online application form human resources and the hiring manager will immediately receive an email and all of the information submitted through the website. Your resume will be reviewed to see if your qualifications match our requirements for current or future job opportunities. We will respond to every applicant typically by email within ten days of receiving the resume. The hiring manager will determine whether further contact is warranted namely to schedule a phone interview. If both parties agree an on-site visit at our global headquarters in Phoenix, Arizona may be scheduled. Several in-person interviews with managers and prospective team members may be conducted. HVVi may conduct a thorough background check including references, education completion and employment status before extending any offers of employment.
